Topsky Capital invests the partners' own capital in a concentrated set of companies we expect to own for a decade or longer. We do not raise outside funds, chase benchmarks, or report quarterly.
Topsky Capital was founded on a simple observation: most investment outcomes are decided not by what one knows, but by what one is able to ignore. We built the firm to be structurally quiet — no external investors, no redemption cycles, no mandate to be busy.
That structure lets us do the only thing we believe we are good at: understanding a small number of businesses deeply, and holding them through weather that others cannot.

We look for businesses with durable economics, honest leadership, and a reason to exist in twenty years. We pay fair prices, write our reasoning down before we buy, and revisit it only when the facts change — not the price.
Distance from the daily weather is the only edge that does not decay.

We are sector-agnostic in principle, but in practice our understanding concentrates in a handful of areas.
